The Chauffeur is a limousine featured in Driver: Parallel Lines.
Design
The Chauffeur is based on the 1973 or 1974 Lincoln Continental Stretched Limousine with similarities to the first generation Lincoln Town Car.
Performance
It has a pretty good get up and go for a bulky limousine, thanks to what should be a V8 engine. In stock form it gains up to 87 mph, in Stage 1 form it reaches 96 mph and with Nitrous it tops 110 mph (Stage 2 and Stage 3 tunings are not available for this car). The steering is slow, vague and almost dangerous at high speeds, so it's better for the player to use the handbrake for very sharp turns. It can take some hard punches and is relatively sturdy, but it's not very resistable to bullets. Braking is not that bad for a limousine, but it definitely tends to slide for some time.
Locations
Found in Manhatan and the bridges to Long Island.
