Thrill Camera is a camera mode in Driv3rDriver: Parallel Lines, and Driver: San Francisco.

This camera mode is activated by pressing and holding a certain button(s). The screen will flash white and a cinematic slow-motion of your vehicle will appear. You still have control of the vehicle, but it's obviously harder to see infront of you. Releasing the button(s) will flash the screen again and the camera will be back behind the vehicle. In Driver: San Francisco, the Thrill Camera can be purchased through any of the garages in the game. It functions similarly to the ones featured in Driv3r and Parallel Lines. Thrill Camera is required for some stunts in the game.

  • The following can be configured in the options menu:
    • Pressure Slow-Mo: on/off. This means if slow-motion will be applied or not.
    • Motion Blur. This determines how blurry will the screen be.
  • Since the Film Director is removed in Parallel Lines, the Thrill Camera is the closest you can get to a cinematic action.
